so disappointing

ugh...need to get back in the eating routine..
I know I had to have lunch with Kathy to thank me, but ugh I should have had a salad and not that fat enchilada, or the next day having the california rolls annnnd fried rice..hmm no no no!
this week results suck..even working out on hiit, I didn't even sweat as much..boo! I hope the new 4 weeks are going to be better!! it's more cardio..today exercise I was really sweaty but I ALSO felt gross because I had mac n cheese..a bowl lmao...
